Paralegal (Bilingual – Spanish Required) | Texas | Remote
As we continue to expand our footprint across Texas, we are proactively building a pipeline of Bilingual Paralegals (English/Spanish) to support our growing legal and claims operations.
We are interested in connecting with professionals who bring experience in Property Damage, Subrogation, and/or Bodily Injury within an insurance or litigation environment.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
This role will support insurance defense and claims-related legal matters, working closely with internal teams and external counsel to manage files from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can confidently communicate in both English and Spanish across a variety of stakeholders.
This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in Texas.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Support claims and legal teams with document review, file management, and compliance tracking
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research related to insurance regulations, case law, and statutes
• Coordinate with attorneys, claims professionals, and external partners on active matters
• Assist with litigation activities including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial prep
• Track deadlines and ensure timely filings across multiple cases
• Support settlement coordination and documentation
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, vendors, and stakeholders


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
• 3+ years of Paralegal experience (insurance defense, P&C, or related field preferred)
• Experience in Property Damage, Subrogation, and/or Bodily Injury claims or litigation
• Strong understanding of Texas legal procedures and court systems
• Paralegal certification (ABA-approved program preferred)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume caseloads
• Strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
